Ms. Henderson joined Fieldpoint Private in 2024 with over 17 years of experience in banking operations management. She has dedicated her professional career to maximizing operational efficiencies and optimizing client experience with a passion and dedication to best practices, team collaboration and risk minimization.

Prior to Fieldpoint, Ms. Henderson was director of branch operations at Flagstar Bank (formerly Signature Bank) overseeing thirty-five banking offices and supporting over one hundred private client teams. Before Flagstar Bank, she served at Signature Bank from its inception, in increasingly senior roles guiding and developing programs, policies and procedures to enhance the daily operations and support of numerous teams throughout the branch network.

Ms. Henderson holds an MBA from Fordham University and a bachelor’s degree from Iona College.  She works in our New York City office and makes Westfield, NJ her home. Away from work, she enjoys reading and traveling the globe.
