Recognized for her personalized, white-glove service, Ms. Sulava’s expertise encompasses portfolio management, credit risk analysis and loan servicing – all anchored in a deeply held client-first commitment.

Ms. Sulava began her banking career with JP Morgan Chase Bank in New York, serving as a personal banker and business specialist. She then joined First Republic Bank, where she advanced from preferred banker to loan account manager over the next decade. In these roles, she focused on providing exceptional loan portfolio management and ensuring that each loan was funded efficiently, adhering to the highest regulatory compliance standards, all while delivering a privileged and seamless client experience.

Ms. Sulava earned a BA in international relations at Georgia State Technical University, Tbilisi, Georgia.  She is fluent in Georgian and Russian.
