Before joining Fieldpoint Private, he held key roles at First Republic Bank, where he was recognized as a top performer and specialized in providing private banking services to high-net-worth individuals and families, private equity, family offices, and RIA firms. 

At Fieldpoint, Mr. Hutchins leverages his deep understanding of financial products, credit analysis and residential and commercial lending to deliver customized solutions that meet the diverse needs of his client base.
