Mr. LaRosa joined Fieldpoint Private’s New York office following a 15-year career with First Republic, where he served high-net-worth individuals and their related businesses and advisors with tailored solutions including business and personal banking, credit facilities, commercial and residential real estate lending, and wealth management and professional loan programs. His work included the origination of loan programs for partner buy-ins among private equity and investment firms, and he was recognized as a multi-time honoree of the firm’s Rising Star award.

Before First Republic, he served as a personal banker with JP Morgan Chase. He began his professional career in a series of operations and marketing roles with the New York Jets, before transitioning into financial services with MetLife and later Citi. 

For Paul, home is Long Island and Vermont, where he enjoys the mountains (snowboarding, biking) and the golf course.
