Ms. Salinas joined Fieldpoint Private in 2024 with over 14 years’ experience as a banking professional. She has managed and provided oversight in all areas of banking operations to deliver the highest quality standards in client service and solutions. Her work includes high-net-worth individuals and families, and deep understanding of private equity and hedge fund businesses and clientele.

Prior to Fieldpoint, Ms. Salinas was vice president, relationship manager with JP Morgan Chase, having advanced from operations associate and senior assistant manager. Before that she was a senior assistant manager and sales & service manager at First Republic.

Ms. Salinas works in our Greenwich, Connecticut headquarters and New York City office. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Northeastern University and is fluent in Spanish.
